Returns & Refunds
Allyson Simmie Metal Arts will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 21 days providing the goods are in a fully re-saleable condition. Satisfaction is completely guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your piece for any reason it may be returned for a full refund within 21 days.
You can return unwanted items by post, exclusions apply to selected products. Allyson Simmie is not responsible for any lost or damage package/s when returning the item, I ask and require that you get signature confirmation and tracking to ensure your package is received by us.
How long we retain your data
If you order merchandise or fill out the general contact form or newsletter signup form, the form data and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize, approve and follow-up automatically. All orders and form data is regularly deleted from the web servers.
For users that register on our website we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
